The PVC Roller Door is a perfect choice for shipside installation, made for harsh environment. This gate offers a lightweight and low-noise alternative to traditional steel or aluminium gates.

The PVC Roller Door is weather tight. Its hydraulic operated and there is approx. 2,5 t tension of the gate. We weld reinforced pockets into the tarpaulin to accommodate steel beams, these provide additional stiffness and structural support. The tarpaulin is fitted with a keder bar at the end, which integrates with the end beam and locking system to ensure secure fastening.

Plany PVC Roller Door reduces the risk of downtime in the event of damage to the gate. The tarpaulin can be removed or replaced. It can also be replaced at sea while the vessel remains in operation.

The PVC fabric is made for marine environments, and is UV and temperature (-30→+70) resistant. The surface is glossy to prevent ice to build up. Breaking strength of the tarpaulin is 10000N/5cm (approx. 1 ton)
