Plany has extensive experience in the production of lice skirts. The skirts are manufactured in Sunnmøre, and we are proud to supply Norwegian-made skirts to the industry. The main fabric is made of tightly woven polyester. This fabric experiences less fouling than more loosely woven materials and is also very strong. Double hauling ropes are installed; these are easy to remove in connection with washing. For weighting, we use chains attached with polyester straps and sewn into a PVC pocket. This ensures that the chain sits securely, does not come loose, and does not pose a risk to the net pen.
